Welcome to the first ever silent yoga event in Bergen with Silent Yoga Club and Tid for Yoga at Bergenhus Festning.

Silent Yoga Club offers a unique yoga experience that blends stillness, movement and music.

The concept aims to provide a meditative setting with wireless headphones, where you can concentrate on self-exploration accompanied by relaxing music. Come join Helene from Tid for Yoga for a lovely and unique outdoor yoga session.

All participants will receive some goodies after the class.


**Good to know**

* The event will be held at Bergenhus Festning: see map.

* Bring your own mat, a water bottle and wear appropriate clothing for weather.

* All outdoor classes are weather permitting, and may be canceled in case of bad weather.

* Pictures and videos will be taken during the class.

* No toilets or changing rooms available.
