Dayne & Mayne x Bruce

Bruce has entered into a collaboration with ASICS, allowing members to take part in their Nordic Trial Tour.

You are invited to an evening event filled with training and fun together with ASICS FrontRunners and other Brucers. Beside that you will also receive a gait analysis, an ASICS goodie bag, snacks and drinks to keep the energy up.

A simple gait analysis makes it possible and easier than ever to find the perfect running shoe.

The gait analysis takes just a few minutes and is conducted on a treadmill at a comfortable pace. After the analysis, you will be guided towards the running shoe that best suits your movement pattern and needs.

There will also be a short interval training, and the evening will be concluded with a mobility session.

**Good to know**

* The event will be held at Bislett Stadion. Entrance from Sofies gate 38.

* Arrive in clothes you can sweat in.

* Depending on the weather the event might be held indoors, so bring shoes for both outside and indoor training.

* There will not be a manned wardrobe. Therefore, do not bring valuables.

* All participants will receive goodies and snacks.
