The use of infrared sauna can have numerous benefits, including improved skin tone, flushed out toxins, weight loss, enhanced cardiovascular function, and pain relief.


**Good to know**

* The sauna will not necessarily be preheated, please ensure that you have enough time to heat it up before usage.

* Shower is mandatory before use.

* Please bring your own towels: one for use inside the sauna, and one for showering.

* Bring your own padlock.

* To use the studio, this must be booked separately.
